With over 9 years of experience, SYCA offers hands-on culinary training and specialised yachting courses designed for both qualified chefs transitioning from land-based kitchens and aspiring cooks entering the industry.

Their internationally recognised programmes – including the IYT Superyacht Chef Course and Highfield Food Safety Certification – cover everything from menu planning, budgeting, provisioning, charter planning, recipe costing, stock management, galley safety, and 7-star culinary service. With 85% of training focused on practical skills, students graduate fully equipped to manage a yacht galley independently or support as sous chefs.

Beyond training, SYCA also offers bespoke yacht provisioning services, sourcing fresh, local, and sustainable produce along with specialty international items. Their team of former yacht chefs understands the importance of quality ingredients, smart storage, and balanced menus for charters, crossings, or extended voyages.
