At Wild Peacock, we aim to provide chefs with consistent quality food service by sourcing a wide range of products. Some of our most popular products include our fresh west coast oysters, Scottish Salmon and Redrum Seabass.  We also exclusively stock the high-quality French chocolate brand Valrhona, a wide range of chocolate and ingredients for professional chefs. Imperial Heritage Caviar also adds a touch of luxury to any menu. Our extensive range of hand-selected cheeses offers a glimpse into the rich dairy landscape of local South African cheeses and a few favourites from Europe.  Products such as fresh local and imported truffles, micro-herbs and greens, and foie gras are some of our most popular products. Some of our most popular brands include Valrhona, Adamance, Olmeda Origenes, Rio-Largo Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

Valrhona is at the forefront of the chocolate frontier.  Valrhona has created a range of unique and recognisable aromatic profiles for almost a century by perfecting techniques for enhancing the flavour of rare cocoa beans grown on land masterfully selected for its terroir.  Today, leading Pastry Chefs and discerning gourmets rely on Valrhona’s expertise to experience the best that chocolate can be.  This year they have already been amazed at a new product, Hukambi, a ground-breaking ombré chocolate. Our local artisanal producers also play an essential role in our portfolio; we recently partnered with Cape Escargot, a small and exciting producer of escargot snails located just outside Stellenbosch.  With Olmeda Origenes, we bring you a taste of the Spanish Mediterranean with the shift to fewer ingredients of higher quality.
